Just by simply listening you will be guided through mind relaxation, body-sensing and breath-sensing, creating deep connection with yourself. Experience and learn iRest from the convenience of your own home at your own pace. We will set an intention for the session and start by practicing some gentle yoga to open the body and relax the mind, then we will fully relax on the mat with the use of props (bolsters and Blankets) to listen to the guided meditation so to discover our heart-felt desire and cultivate inner strength.

Richard Miller, Phd has adapted this ancient form of "sleep" meditation to meet the challenges of everyday life and this practice can help with issues such as stress, insomnia, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and strong emotions such as fear and anger. iRest based on ancient yoga traditions, neuroscience, and nondual wisdom, accessible and effective path of meditation, and adapted for modern life. IRest Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. In 2009 I undertook my first yoga teacher training and continue my love of all things yogic today, and am currently completing my iRest final certification.
